Our offering includes:
 
1. Environment assessments:
 
Before any CM solution can be implemented a thorough analysis of the
current state of processes is required. Once this is established we focus
on understanding the drawbacks of the current process and see where it can
be improved. If necessary we focus on people management as a possible
barrier to success. Once an understanding of the desired environment is
achieved Nostra investigates how new and existing processes can be
automated using the best possible CM tools.
 
2. Implementations:
 
In some cases clients specifically request an implementation of a certain
product. Nostra first performs an impact study. Based on the outcome a
decision is made on the type of implementation required. It is at this
point that a project plan (including a detailed implementation plan) is
developed and submitted for approval from the client. Implementations can
last from 3 days to 6 months depending on the project requirement. Skills
transfer is factored into all implementations.
 
3. Onsite and Offsite support:
 
Nostra offers clients support via email, telephone, vendor support sites
as well as onsite support depending on the size of the problem. Our
support ranges from completing research on particular products and/or
technical issues to fixing environment specific issues that do not
necessarily occur elsewhere.
 
4. Training:
 
The Nostra training component is tailored to customer requirements.
Training includes one-on-one coaching sessions, group training,
presentation training and hands-on group sessions. All training is
configured to the customers environment - as if the product were
implemented in the organisation. Standard product specific training is
also provided according to the vendor training material.
